Newport Marriott
Originally opened in the late 1980s, the 320-key Newport Marriott was transformed with a $35 million revamp by Malcolm Berg, owner and principal of Coral Gables, Florida-based EoA. Thousands of uplit ropes strung above the Skiff bar reflect its new nautical design language.
