Nozomi Sushi Bar

Construction of the Japanese eatery began in 2014 and was rooted in an extensive study of the culture conducted by Masquespacio to ensure authenticity. When translated to English, Nozomi means both “Japanese high speed bullet train” and “fulfilled dream”—two meanings Nozomi’s founders related to when realizing the project. The restaurant’s East-meets-West duality is representative of these ideas.
