The latest Water Grill location has opened at the South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California.
Local design firms Hatch Design Group and Robinson Hill Architecture collaborated on the 500-seat eatery, which joins a portfolio of restaurants in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and San Diego.

The new outpost is the largest Water Grill to date, spanning 18,000 square feet, including an outdoor patio. Taking inspiration from a refurbished ship, the restaurant features reclaimed, locally sourced woods and authentic nautical elements juxtaposed with rustic and iron finishes.
The copper-topped bar anchors the space, while an additional bar is installed in the patio. The design also features a raw bar.
