Corinthia Group is partnering with Carolina Partners Ltd. to develop an ultra-luxury hotel and branded residential project on Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos, claiming the last remaining undeveloped beachfront parcel on one of the world’s most celebrated stretches of coastline.
Corinthia Real Estate Ventures, the group’s real estate investment and development arm led by managing partners Marcus Pisani and Alex Chazkel, is spearheading the development, with the completed resort to be managed by Corinthia Hotels.
Karen Cummings, a managing member of Carolina Partners, first visited Turks and Caicos more than two decades ago. Her vision led to the acquisition of the first parcel of land and the purchase of additional parcels over the next 25 years.
“The Cummings family has held an extraordinary piece of Grace Bay for more than 25 years and we are delighted to be partnering with them to realize its potential,” says Simon Naudi, CEO of Corinthia Group. This project is another important step in Corinthia’s international growth, bringing together exceptional real estate, aligned capital partners, and our development and hotel management expertise.”

Inside the design
The development will comprise an ultra-luxury 50-suite Corinthia-branded hotel alongside a collection of fully serviced branded residences, including beachfront villas, casitas, and condominiums.
The design will maximize the value of its beachfront position, integrating architecture, landscape, and the coastal environment into a cohesive concept. The architectural vision draws from the calm, shallow waters of the Caicos Banks, favoring understated design, natural ventilation, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Amenities at Corinthia Turks and Caicos
Beyond the hotel suites and residences, the resort will offer a spa and wellness center, multiple swimming pools, a beach club, signature restaurants, retail space, padel courts, and curated lifestyle experiences.
The project is proceeding toward formal planning approval, with construction currently expected to commence in 2027.
