The Pendry Residences Natirar is slated to open in Somerset County, New Jersey in 2021 to ignite the reinvigoration of the bucolic setting. Set against a backdrop of rolling hills, a total of 24 contemporary countryside residences will be featured at the 90-acre Pendry Natirar luxury resort, which will also be home to 68 guestrooms and suites.
Ranging in size from the 2,400-square-foot Farm Villa to the 3,600-square-foot Estate Villa, the residences will have access to the property’s 12-acre farm and resort facilities. Amenities will include the Spa Pendry, a fitness center, swimming pool, private members club, tennis courts, and a slew of onsite programming.
