White Lodging has appointed several executives to new leadership roles. Chris Anderson has been promoted to EVP and CEO, while Joe Pagone steps into the role of SVP of operations. New to the company, Noah Hoppe joins as EVP and CFO following nearly two decades at Hyatt Hotels, and Jared Garner, who previously held legal roles at Concord Hospitality and Radisson, is now EVP and chief legal officer. Anne Tabakian has also been named VP of food & beverage, after rising through the ranks since joining the company in 2016.
Collared Martin Hospitality (CMH) has launched as a new lifestyle and luxury management company to operate boutique hotels and restaurants in destinations including Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and the Hamptons. Led by CEO Steven Rubin, CMH also manages the Faraway brand and Blue Flag Capital’s hospitality portfolio.
IA Interior Architects recently appointed Naoko Oguro as design director of its New York studio. Oguro has more than 20 years of experience leading workplace projects for clients including Bank of America, Estée Lauder, and WSP.
Amber Asher has joined Lark Hotels’ board of directors. Asher previously served as CEO of Standard International, where she helped grow the company from four to 24 hotels globally, which eventually led to its sale to Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
WATG and Wimberly Interiors have named Molly O’Keefe as associate principal and senior director of client services. Based in Chicago, O’Keefe will lead growth efforts across the Americas. The firm has also launched an internal research team, led by global R&D head Sam Coats, to provide insight-driven design strategies and trend forecasting.
Justin Beers has joined Jeffrey Beers International—the New York firm founded in 1986 by his late father, Jeffrey Beers—as chief development officer and managing member. He brings over a decade of experience in real estate development, working across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects.
Purchasing Management International (PMI) has acquired Pineapple Procurement, a boutique firm known for its high-design focus. The acquisition strengthens PMI’s global capabilities while maintaining personalized service.
Jezzica Lindkrantz has joined global practice HKS as business development director for hospitality on the West Coast. She was previously senior strategy and development director at Los Angeles-based Rodrigo Vargas Design.
