Carlson has signed management agreements for four hotels in China, bringing the company’s portfolio to 25 hotels in operation and under development. The signings include:
- The Radisson Blu Resort Baoting, scheduled to open in 2013, will be developed within the Yanoda Rainforest Cultural Tourism Park.
- When it opens in 2015, the 230-room Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hangzhou Xiaoshan will feature a Chinese restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge and bar, ballroom, 10 meeting rooms, business center, swimming pool, and fitness center.
- Part of a mixed-use development, Park Plaza Ordos will offer a wide range of dining options, including an all-day-dining venue, a Chinese specialty restaurant, Western restaurant, bar, and lobby lounge. The hotel is scheduled to open in Q2 2014.
- Park Plaza Shenyang Hunnan will comprise 362 guestrooms and suites, an all-day-dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, business center, 24 meeting rooms, and health and spa center. The hotel will debut in 2013.
