Conceived by the family-owned Omicron Hotels group, led by twin brothers Ioannis and Nikolaos Orfanaki, the intimate five-villa property represents an evolution of the brand’s vision for thoughtful, localized luxury.
Organic architecture that celebrates the Mediterranean
Guided by the creative direction of sisters Danae and Konstantina Orfanake in collaboration with architect Manos Kipritidis, the retreat is crafted as a dialogue between architecture and landscape.
Embracing restraint rather than embellishment, the design language relies on a Mediterranean-inspired palette of pale stone, raw woods, and soft earthy tones. The structural walls trace the natural contours of the hillside through long horizontal lines, framing uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and ensuring the property exists in harmony with its rugged coastal environment.
Elemental living spaces at Tierras Villas
Made to be private sanctuaries, the five distinct villas draw inspiration from the natural elements of water, light, fire, earth, and air. Moving away from traditional boundaries, the design centers on an immersive indoor-outdoor connection characterized by private pools, sun-drenched terraces, and sweeping views.
Villa Roe serves as an intimate one-bedroom retreat highlighted by a striking elevated private pool suspended above ground and a generous outdoor patio. Villa Phos, a light-filled two-bedroom sanctuary, blurs the line between inside and out with its expansive balconies and refined living spaces. Offering the largest footprint, Villa Terra boasts a sweeping patio designed for gathering and dining alongside a pool. Completing the collection, Villa Ryaki and Villa Anemi provide warm, tranquil escapes with generous terraces tailored for deep relaxation.
Every accommodation is grounded by residential amenities, including walk-in showers, modern kitchens, lounge areas, and private parking.
