A new Four Seasons Private Residences development is under construction at the Golden Oak community at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
The property is being developed by Four Seasons in collaboration with Host Hotels & Resorts, owner of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.
Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando will comprise 40 resort-style homes, including 31 units in a tower and nine attached boutique homes.
A look inside the residential units
Located in a five-acre enclave adjacent to Four Seasons Resort Orlando, the privately owned units will occupy a single mid-rise tower. Designed by HKS, the same architectural firm that designed the resort, the building’s exterior will reflect the resort’s Spanish Revival style with grand colonnades, columns and arches, French doors, barrel tile roofs, sweeping stairways, and decorative metal work.
Each unit will feature open floor plans, premium fixtures and cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private verandas.
Envisioned by Parker-Torres Design, the lobby of the tower will feature an intimate resident lounge and flexible gathering spaces. The lobby and common area’s interiors will pull inspiration from the surrounding environment and incorporate natural wood, stone, live plants, and refined gold details.
The resident-only pool surrounded by manicured landscaping and serene lake views will include lounge furniture, cabanas, towel service, a pool service bar, a children’s water play area, and an event lawn.
Nine boutique homes
Nearby, the nine boutique homes will be grouped in four buildings and connected by breezeways. Designed by architect Cooper Carry and built in the French Moderne architectural style, each residence will include its own outdoor living space complete with a covered patio, pool, and outdoor kitchen. Homeowners will also have access to the amenities in the residential tower.
In addition to exclusive amenities, all owners can take advantage of the offerings at the adjacent Four Seasons resort, which include five unique pools, sports and fitness facilities, full-service spa, a golf and sports club, and six restaurants, like the Michelin-starred Capa steakhouse.
Construction on the residential tower and boutique homes has begun and is expected to be completed by early 2026.
