St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is slated to grow its international portfolio, which currently comprises 15 resorts, with the rollout of 11 new properties by 2025. The Marriott brand presently has a total of 29 hotels and resorts in its pipeline, representing an anticipated expansion of nearly 60 percent over the next five years in both urban and leisure destinations.

From Los Cabos to Sanya, and Marrakech to the Riviera Maya, we are thoughtfully expanding the brand while marking a commitment to providing extraordinary resort experiences in the places where we know global luminaries want to travel.”
New openings will kick off with the St. Regis Kanai Resort in Mexico’s Mayan Riviera in 2022. A sophisticated design will characterize the property, which will be home to 124 guestrooms and suites and 32 villas with private pools. 2022 openings will conclude in Qatar, where the St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island, the Pearl will debut with distinctive Andalusian and Arabesque architecture. The St. Regis Los Cabos Resort—opening in 2023 with 1,200 feet of panoramic coastal views, 120 guestrooms, a spa, golf course, beach club, and three F&B options—will further expand the brand’s footprint in Mexico.
In 2024, the St. Regis Al Mouj Resort will open in Muscat, Oman and the St. Regis Sanya Haitang Bay Resort will open in Sanya, on Hainan’s southernmost tip. Finally, the St. Regis Marrakech Resort will round out the company’s latest resort offerings in 2025.
