Nakash Group and Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group—known for Villa Casa Casuarina (formerly the Versace Mansion) and the Setai Miami Beach—are set to debut a new venture, the Donatella Boutique Hotel and Donatella Restaurant, this May.

Situated in Miami Beach’s Art Deco Historic District, the property revitalizes a 1922 building originally designed by Wallace Tutt.

Inside, Mico Design Studio crafted the hotel’s six guestrooms to evoke a refined coastal experience, blending warm wood, natural stone, and gold accents.

Custom lighting draws attention to materials like stone headboards and luxe vanity spaces, while locally inspired artwork and handcrafted décor celebrate Miami’s rich creative heritage.

The property’s signature restaurant draws inspiration from Southern Italy’s coastline and accommodates up to 170 guests, including a private dining room for 15. Upon arrival, guests are enveloped in a Mediterranean ambiance shaped by lush greenery and strategic lighting.

The experience begins at a bar area designed as a luxurious concierge desk, connecting to the hotel’s upper floors. The main dining space features views into an open kitchen, where the culinary action takes center stage.

The restaurant’s interiors balance raw, natural textures with golden accents and mirrored ceilings, punctuated by a handpainted wall mural by a local artist.

Guests of Donatella Boutique Hotel also enjoy access to wellness amenities and private pool access at partner facilities, along with exclusive beach privileges, daybeds, and watersports.
