Hospitality group Noble 33 has debuted its first Miami restaurant, Sparrow Italia, in the city’s Wynwood district.
The restaurant draws inspiration from Italy and the Mediterranean, paying homage to Italy’s national bird, the sparrow, which symbolizes joy, simplicity, and freedom of the soul.
Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture with interiors by ICRAVE, Sparrow Italia spans 8,700 square feet and can accommodate up to 232 guests.
Upon entry, diners are greeted by a striking bar with a soft, leathered stone top. Arched booths adorned with colored ropes create an intimate dining ambiance, while suspended wood arches frame a sunken dining room, infusing the space with a sense of grandeur and romance.
The interiors of Sparrow Italia are characterized by desaturated blue velvets, Venetian plaster, and carved wood paneling with inset bronze mirrors and brass detailing. The soft glow of candlelight completes the intimate yet luxurious atmosphere.
“Following our most recent debuts in Houston and New York City, Miami was a natural next choice for Noble 33 as we continue to expand,” says Noble 33’s cofounder and CEO Mikey Tanha. “We’ll be prominently entering the market with four of our unique dining concepts spanning Miami Beach to Wynwood and Brickell, and we are looking forward to connecting with the Miami community over food, drinks, and live entertainment, beginning with the opening of Sparrow Italia.”
Noble 33 is set to add Toca Madera and Meduza Mediterrania locations in Miami next year.
