Pendry Hotels & Resorts has announced the development of Pendry Mexico City.
Centrally located in the Roma Norte neighborhood, Pendry Mexico City broke ground earlier this year and is slated to open in 2026. The forthcoming property will feature 114 guestrooms and suites, as well as with 20 branded residences.
The interior design of Pendry Mexico City will be helmed by AvroKO, while architecture will be led by local firms Central de Arquitectura and IZ Arquitectos.
The hotel will be home to a number of F&B concepts, a rooftop pool and sundeck, Spa Pendry and fitness center, and indoor-outdoor event spaces.
Pendry Residences Mexico City will offer one- to three-bedroom apartments with expansive living areas crafted with contemporary finishes. Homeowners will have exclusive access to all hotel amenities and services, along with resident-only experiences.
