Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has revealed plans to launch a second luxury project in Dubai, slated for debut in late 2020. Anchoring a 63-story, mixed-use structure, the hotel will comprise 257 spacious and contemporary guestrooms, suites, and residences. Amsterdam-based UN Studio will design the 984-foot-tall vertical urban environment, crafted to reflect local culture. The 144 residences will be spread across the upper floors, offering tenants access to an exclusive residents’ lounge.
A comprehensive two-story spa facility will house 12 private treatment rooms, an expansive fitness center, vitality pools, heat and water therapies, and an outdoor swimming pool outfitted within a landscaped garden terrace.
Along with extensive meeting space, an array of F&B concepts will be featured including a rooftop sky bar, an all-day concept, a signature restaurant, poolside bar and restaurant, lobby lounge, club lounge, cigar room, and a Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop.
