Richmond’s Quirk Hotel has announced plans to launch a second Virginia location in Charlottesville. Construction on the $3.75 million project is slated to begin in early 2018 and wrap by mid-2019.
Located in the heart Charlottesville’s downtown, the new property will mirror the Richmond outpost in design and amenities. Crafted by architect Danny MacNelly of Richmond-based Architecturefirm, the 78-room hotel will include meeting and banquet spaces, a rooftop bar with 360-degree views, and an onsite restaurant spearheaded by chef David Dunlap.
