The Ann Savannah, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy—located in Savannah, Georgia’s Historic District—is set to open soon as an all-suite, apartment-style boutique hotel.
Designed by INC Architecture & Design, the hotel will comprise 157 premium suites, including studios, one- to four-bedroom units, and lofts.
The Ann’s accommodations will each feature full-sized kitchens, in-room laundry, and pet-friendly living spaces, enhanced by original architectural elements such as exposed hardwood beams, columns, and ceilings.
An onsite restaurant, Little James, will serve as a gathering place with all-day dining, offering breakfast fare by day and cocktails by night.
Additional amenities will include a fitness center and a pool.
