The Chloe Nashville is set to open next year in Hillsboro Village, not far from the city’s bustling Music Row. The 19-key boutique hotel will be the brand’s second outpost—following the 2020 debut of the Chloe New Orleans.
Developed in partnership with LeBLANC+SMITH—an operator of boutique restaurants, bars, and hotels—and Nashville-based developer Mainland Companies, the Chloe Nashville will radiate the vibrant, engaging atmosphere Nashville is best known for.
Designed in homage to the past and future of Tennessee’s capital, the adaptive re-use project comprises two historic Craftsman-style homes with a total of nine guestrooms. A third newly built structure will house 10 additional guestrooms, the restaurant’s kitchen, and an outdoor pool bar.
Locally based firm Remick Architecture will lead the architecture, while Sara Ruffin and Paul Costello, the interior designers of the Chloe’s New Orleans location, will craft the restaurant, bars, lobby, and guestrooms. The concept harmonizes the heritage homes’ residential feel with elements sparked by Nashville’s spirit. Landscape designer Gavin Duke of Nashville-based Duke Design will also imagine the outdoor gardens, pool, and private event space.
The Chloe Nashville will reflect its New Orleans predecessor’s approach to hospitality, with boutique sensibilities and locally driven hotel amenities and dining options. The new destination, however, will embrace Nashville-centric cuisine, cocktails, and atmosphere, as well as immersive experiences inspired by the city’s art, design, hospitality, culinary, and wine-and-spirits culture.
