Auberge Resorts Collection has been selected by MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, Highland Park Village Associates, and the Retail Connection to manage the Knox, Auberge Resorts Collection and the Knox Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection, both set to open in Dallas’ Knox Street neighborhood in 2026.
Located along the Katy Trail, the property will anchor a four-acre lifestyle development that also includes retail, restaurants, luxury office and multifamily units, and a new park that connects to the trail.
Marking Auberge’s expansion in Texas—following the Commodore Perry Estate in Austin and Fort Worth’s soon-to-launch Bowie House—the Knox will feature 105 hotel rooms and suites, as well as 53 private luxury residences. Residents will have access to a residential club with amenities including a bar and lounge, sunroom, fitness center, and indoor pool.
Hotel amenities will include a second-floor restaurant, a series of spacious living rooms and outdoor lounges with F&B offerings, an outdoor pool bar, fitness center, spa, and movement studio. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio in connection with the vibrancy and charm of Knox Street, the hotel will also remain true to the area’s history. Dallas-based interior designer Chad Dorsey has been chosen to design the private residences with his signature relaxed luxury approach.
“We are thrilled to expand our portfolio in Dallas’ most dynamic neighborhood—the historic Knox District—which continues to see tremendous growth and energy,” says Dan Friedkin, chairman of the Auberge Resorts Collection. “The hotel and residences will complement the destination with exciting locally driven food and beverage offerings, vibrant cultural experiences, and curated health and wellness experiences.”
