Set to debut in March, Treehouse Hotel Manchester will mark the second UK outpost from SH Hotels & Resorts’ (soon to be Starwood Hotels) playful, design-forward brand.
The 224-room property will deliver an immersive hospitality experience with whimsical interiors crafted by UK-based 93ft Design and Blacksheep in collaboration with SH’s in-house design team.
A peek inside Treehouse Hotel Manchester
Rooted in Treehouse’s “perfectly imperfect” ethos, the hotel’s aesthetic channels the charm of a forest retreat, layering natural materials, organic textures, and unexpected details throughout. This design language extends beyond the guestrooms into vibrant communal spaces, including a lineup of destination dining venues and rooftop experiences.
Guests will also find a 43-seat screening room, Flix, alongside the Playground gym and flexible meeting and event spaces.
Beyond design and dining, the property will double as a cultural hub, with Manchester icons Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford curating a lineup of music, arts, and cultural programming that taps into the city’s creative pulse.
Later in 2025, the 14th floor will welcome Sister Moon, a Southeast Asian-inspired restaurant from Sam Grainger. Sharing the top level, the Nest in Treehouse will debut as the hotel’s lively signature bar with sweeping city views, while the Hideout, an intimate rooftop lounge and terrace, will offer a more secluded escape.
