Virgin Hotels has revealed plans to launch its 10th property—and first in Colorado—in Denver in 2025. The 241-room hotel will serve as a key anchor of Fox Park, a 41-acre mixed-use development that broke ground in the heart of the Mile High City earlier this month. Upon completion, Virgin Hotels Denver Fox Park will open as one of two hotels in the complex, debuting alongside six million square feet of residential and commercial space and 14 acres of gardens and parkland.
The project is a collaboration between Vita Fox North L.P. and Tryba Architects. “We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting new cultural development in the burgeoning Denver market,” says Virgin Hotels CEO James Bermingham. “We are confident Fox Park will be a success, and we are eager to bring our heartfelt service, innovation, and extraordinary experiences to the people of Denver and its visitors alike.”
Onsite amenities at Virgin Hotels Denver Fox Park will include brand staples like the Common’s Club, Shag Room, and Funny Library Coffee Shop. Abundant indoor-outdoor meeting and event space will also be featured, peaking with a large rooftop lounge overlooking the downtown skyline. The new-build will be equipped with an 8,000-square-foot wellness facility that comprises a spa with eight treatment rooms and a 2,900-square-foot fitness center as well.
