Wynn Resorts is advancing construction on Wynn Al Marjan Island, a landmark destination set to become the first integrated resort in the United Arab Emirates.
The 1,000-foot tower, slated to open spring 2027, has now reached its 70th floor. Work on the roof deck is now underway.
Set across more than 148 acres, the resort will feature 1,217 guestrooms and 297 Enclave suites, along with two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates.

The expansive amenities program spans 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars; a beach club; spa and beauty destination; skylit shopping parterre; and a deep-water marina designed to host superyachts.
Additional highlights include the Showroom theater experience, 12 pools, a white-sand beach, and Coral Court, the property’s new events venue.
Events at Coral Court
Coral Court marks the latest announced milestone. Conceived for international celebrations, weddings, and galas, the 82,882-square-foot events and celebrations center will feature a column-free grand ballroom, six flexible meeting rooms, private bride and groom salons, prayer rooms, and an event lawn overlooking the Arabian ocean. Designed with quiet elegance, each gathering space will be flooded with abundant natural light and be rendered in a sun-washed palette.
A sneak peek at F&B offerings
The resort has also begun revealing details of its culinary and social venues. Among the 22 dining concepts will be an elegant French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse and Delilah, the supper club conceived at Wynn Las Vegas with the h.wood Group.
Each destination will reflect the theatrical approach of Wynn Design and Development (under the direction of president and chief creative officer Todd-Avery Lenahan), with experiential dining that intertwines with expressive interiors.
