Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida, has received the 2011 Chrysalis Award for eco-innovation from the Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau and the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. The resort strives for sustainability through practices such as paperless check-in at the front desk, a paperless purchase order system, automated temperature control in vacant guestrooms, and CFLs and recycling bins in all public areas.
