LaSalle Hotel Properties has acquired the 934-room Park Central Hotel in New York for $396.2 million. Later this year, the company also plans to invest another $30 million to $35 million to renovate the hotel’s guestrooms and baths, corridors, and lobby. Park Central’s amenities include contemporary steakhouse Cityhouse, Bar Bella, 14,000 square feet of function space, and 4,800 square feet of retail space.
