Little Palm Island to Reopen in March 2020

AvroKO will lead the redesign efforts for the luxury island and resort

The Little Palm Island Resort & Spa is set to reopen in March 2020 following forced renovations as a result of Hurricane Irma in September 2017. The nearly six-acre luxury private island and resort in the Florida Keys maintains its original immersive ethos through a redesign led by New York-based design firm AvroKO.

Little Palm Island design details:

Ocean views will be framed in each of Little Palm Island’s 15 thatched-roof bungalows, which are also updated with new interiors. The onsite spa will feature a two-story atrium outfitted with carved architectural details and a handcrafted tile fountain, while the property’s popular Dining Room will be enhanced with a more seamless connection to the Monkey Hut lounge. Private cabanas will be installed to line the oceanfront pool deck as well.
