Sam Nazarian, founder and CEO of SBE, has partnered with industry leaders to create Estate Hotels & Residences, a luxury platform that integrates health and wellness.
This global network of resorts and residences, driven by functional and preventive medicine, is set to include 15 hotels and 10 urban longevity centers by 2030.
The concept is spearheaded by Nazarian, life strategist Tony Robbins, global icon Marc Anthony, and Richard Attias, an expert in uniting business, government, and civil society to drive economic growth.
The Estate’s offerings
The Estate will debut its resorts and longevity centers in key markets through a collaboration with Fountain Life, a foundation dedicated to disease detection, prevention, and reversal. Offering education, personalized coaching, and advanced therapeutics, the partnership aims to blend luxury hospitality with innovative wellness solutions.
Incorporating nutrition as a key element, the Estate will feature culinary experiences designed to support self-healing, crafted by SBE’s Disruptive Restaurant Group.
In select urban locations, the Estate will partner with Clinique La Prairie, a Swiss medical clinic that has been offering holistic treatments for over 90 years.
Properties coming soon
The first longevity and preventative medicine center is slated to open in the second half of 2025 on a six-acre property in Los Angeles’ Century Plaza.
Meanwhile, the first four Estate Luxury Hotels & Residences will debut in 2026 with locations in Saint Kitts, the UK, Northern Italy, and Switzerland in 2026, followed by Miami and the Middle East.
“In 2006 I created SLS Hotels, a brand both relevant and disruptive for the emerging lifestyle industry,” says Nazarian. “Then, lifestyle was ‘access,’ now luxury is ‘longevity.’ The Estate will lead with luxury.”
“In 2024, we are disrupting again, by bringing together global market leaders, providing a platform for the best ideas to surface, and giving them scale,” he continues. “We are not building medical hotels—we are building luxury hotels, residences, and urban clinics that are differentiated by a commitment to changing people’s lives. I have the honor of working with titans I have always admired, who share the same vision. Tony, Marc, and Richard have led globally celebrated careers of excellence and inspiration, rooted in philanthropy and love and I couldn’t be more proud to start this journey with them.”
