Wynn Al Marjan Island—a $5.1 billion integrated resort currently under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE—has announced the first two venues in its 22-restaurant and lounge portfolio.

Upon the property’s spring 2027 launch, guests will be welcomed to an exclusive French-American steakhouse by chef Alain Ducasse and Delilah, the celebrated supper club from Wynn Las Vegas and the h.wood Group.

Both restaurants are being conceived by Wynn Design & Development (WDD), under the direction of president and chief creative officer Todd-Avery Lenahan.

“Every element of Wynn Al Marjan Island has been conceptualized by Wynn Design & Development to surprise guests and surpass their expectations, to create a singular resort they’ve simply never experienced before,” says Lenahan. “That extends, of course, to the restaurant spaces we are designing for the esteemed chefs who are joining us. Whether it’s the ultimate in opulence or refinement, or perhaps imbued with a splash of whimsy, our desire is to entertain the guest’s eye with unique, unforgettable details while they’re savoring an unforgettable meal.”

Spanning two levels and approximately 19,600 square feet, Ducasse’s new steakhouse will reinterpret the genre through his French technique and refined sensibility. Lenahan’s dramatic design will serve as a stage for Ducasse’s innovative yet classic approach.

Delilah at Wynn Al Marjan Island

The 22,173-square-foot Delilah will transport guests into the golden era of supper clubs, evoking venues like El Morocco in New York, Maxim’s in Paris, and Les Caves Du Roy in Beirut. Guests will enter a glamorous setting for cocktails, dinner, and live entertainment—whether enjoying drinks by a fireplace, an intimate dinner for two, or a celebratory gathering of 10.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to become the first integrated resort in the UAE. The 2027 opening will bring 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 F&B experiences, a theater, nightclub, beach club, multiple pools, five-star spa, salon, shopping promenade, and events center to Ras Al Khaimah’s coastline.
