At a glance: Rock House has a striking location on a 14-acre oceanfront site. To maximize the vistas of the turquoise waters, the Mediterranean-style resort will showcase a 100-foot infinity pool on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic. Private pools and outdoor showers are also found in many of the 46 suites and residences that pair 13-foot-high vaulted ceilings with walls crafted from local limestone.
