When it debuts early this year, the St. Regis Kanai Resort will be nestled in a lush forest of mangroves and crystal-clear waters, as part of a 620-acre nature reserve along Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. Taking design cues from the surrounding biodiversity and ecosystem, the property will feature 124 guestrooms and 20 suites, as well as a St. Regis Spa, swimming pools, and eight culinary destinations, including five restaurants and a tea and chocolate room.
