Focused on nature and wellbeing, an abandoned sanatorium set nearly 4,000 feet above the Peloponnese peninsula will debut as the Manna hotel in March. Dedicated to serenity, the 32-room property will offer guests warm mountain interiors (think wood screens, rattan ceilings, copper taps and tubs, linen, and velvet) throughout the communal dining room, ritual room, bar, lounge, library, and spa.
