Three 16th-century buildings, including a chapel and theater on the grounds of a former cultural institution and boarding school, will be stitched together to create Collegio alla Querce, an Auberge Resorts Collection. Opening mid-2024, five levels of terraced Baroque gardens will instill the 82-room property with an Old-World air, matched by such contemporary amenities as an outdoor pool, wine tasting room, art gallery, and bar and lounge nestled in the one-time admissions office.
