Come summer, hospitality management company Kinsfolk & Co. will unveil the 81-room Newman, its inaugural hotel in London’s Fitzrovia area. The interiors from local firm Lind + Almond are layered with subtle details that pay homage to British personalities of yore, like 20th-century writer and activist Nancy Cunard and her penchant for polka dots and bangle bracelets. Along with a light-filled European brasserie and a curvaceous cocktail bar, there will be a minimalist, Nordic-style wellness floor revolving around a hydrotherapy pool, salt therapy room, and hot and cold experience cabins.
