Dubai’s futuristic skyline will transform yet again when Ciel, slated to become the world’s tallest hotel, opens in Q4. Located in the Dubai Marina neighborhood, the nearly 1,200-foot-tall, 82-floor tower will be part of IHG Hotels and Resorts’ Vignette Collection. Flaunting a staggering 1,000 guestrooms and 12 vertically stacked atrium gardens, the property by London firm Norr Group will also feature three restaurants, a club lounge, and the city’s highest infinity pool on level 76.
