What we’re looking forward to: The former Blue Palace resort has been rebranded as two distinct properties. In 2024, Phāea Blue opened as an eco-sensitive boutique hotel. Now, Rosewood Blue Palace joins the fold with the brand’s signature Asaya Spa and six restaurants and bars. Private pools found in most of the 154 guestrooms leave little for guests to desire offsite, except an excursion to Plaka, the cheerful fishing village within easy reach.
