What we’re looking forward to: Aman plants its flag in Mexico with Amanvari, located along Baja California’s East Cape in the swank, 1,500-acre Costa Palmas community. Merging mountain, sea, and desert, the landscape backdrops 18 stilt-perched casitas that weave together white concrete, local stone, and wood with artisan-made ceramics and Mexican artwork. Feelings of peace extend to the open-air yoga pavilion and spa’s temazcal ritual.
