During Hospitality Design (HD) magazine’s 19th annual HD Summit in February, a select group of 400 industry professionals and manufacturers gathered at the Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, a Curio Collection by Hilton, in Florida for three days of education, networking, and creative motivation. The “thought-camp” featured a variety of inspirational keynoters, including chef and humanitarian José Andrés.
