A historic Denmark property has been reimagined as Park Lane Copenhagen, a boutique hotel that merges the building’s 1920s architectural character with modern aesthetics.

“What makes Park Lane Copenhagen truly special is the blend between local heritage and international appeal,” says Camilla van den Tempel, founder of &TEMPEL.

Throughout the renovation, historical details—including high ceilings, intricate stucco work, and original chandeliers from the former ballroom—were preserved and restored. New elements—like handcrafted wallpaper, wooden chevron floors, and bespoke furnishings—were also introduced.

The interiors also draw inspiration from grand urban venues in New York and London to offer a cosmopolitan sensibility balanced with a serene, intimate atmosphere.
