Navy Pier will undergo a $155 million expansion that will include a boutique hotel, according to GlobeSt.com. The project also calls for modernizing the pier, upgrading public spaces, expanding the Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and adding upscale retailers. A developer and flag for the hotel have yet to be chosen.
