Choice Hotels International is entering Haiti with plans for two new hotels. Opening this year, the 32-room Comfort Inn will mark the first global hotel brand in the country in more than a decade. Meanwhile, the new-build luxury Ascend Collection member hotel will offer 120 guestrooms and will be part of the area’s new Belle Rive development project, which will also include a residential community, retail, dining, entertainment, and recreational and marina facilities.
