The NoMad brand, born in New York City and credited with helping transform a wholesale district into one of Manhattan’s most coveted addresses, has made its residential debut in Miami.
Developed by Related Group and Tricap with Sydell Group, NoMad Residences Wynwood is now open. The nine-story, 329-residence community sits just steps from the Wynwood Walls, welcoming its first residents into the heart of the city’s arts district.
“For Wynwood, a neighborhood built on the collision of art, culture, and creative ambition, the arrival of NoMad Residences feels less like a development milestone and more like an inevitability,” says Nick Pérez, president of Related Group’s Condominium Division.

A design language built on contrast
Shaped through a collaboration between Arquitectonica, DesignAgency, and Sydell Group, the project translates the brand’s “artfully lived life” philosophy into a single, cohesive idiom—one that folds old-world glamour, industrial edge, and Wynwood’s creative energy together.
Floorplans range from 464 to 931 square feet, spanning studios through two-bedroom layouts that are delivered fully furnished with curated turnkey packages.
Inside, modern and vintage-inspired details meld with bold accents set against a restrained palette of stone, wood, and brass. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto private balconies, drawing in natural light and extending daily life outdoors. Kitchens are appointed with Bosch appliances, Italian-crafted cabinetry, and stone countertops, while spa-like bathrooms lend a quiet, hotel-style ease to everyday routines.

Amenities from the lobby to the rooftop
The residential experience begins with two signature lobbies, which set the building’s tone from the moment of arrival. At its crown, a rooftop lounge offers panoramic views of downtown Miami alongside a resort-style pool with cabanas, an indoor-outdoor fitness lounge with cold plunge, summer kitchens, a cozy speakeasy, and a parlor lounge.
A secondary hub sits on the ninth floor, where the NoMad Library and Lounge provides shared workspaces, a card room, and private dining areas.
