Gravitas is a new private members-only club in the heart of the Golden Triangle in Beverly Hills.
The two-story, 28,000 square-foot space, designed by Los Angeles-based Kelly Architects, is defined by a breezy opulence that harkens to classic Beverly Hills aesthetics through a modern lens.
Art Deco style at Gravitas
The design concept draws inspiration from the nostalgic Art Deco style of Beverly Hills in the 1920s and ’30s. Bold geometric forms and vibrant colors—seen in materials, patterns, and textures—embody the era’s playful elegance, and create distinct ambiances as guests transition through the venue’s various spaces.
The Gravitas experience begins with a sweeping open-air bar and a vibrant flower wall paired with an elegant terrazzo marble floor.
The main floor features temperature-controlled wine lockers that can be digitally controlled in real time. The upstairs lounge, meanwhile, is equipped with secluded booths, private game and dining rooms, a recording studio, as well as wall-to-wall LED screens for sporting events and film screenings.
