Rising from ancient olive groves on the Greek island of Paros, the Paros Estate will combine understated elegance with a reverence for the past.
Developed by DNK Hospitality Group (known for Gitano and Casa Pueblo in Tulum) and designed by Derek Klein in collaboration with Elastic Architects, the 22-key luxury hotel is slated to open in 2026.
Design of Paros Estate
The property’s architecture will pay homage to the island’s iconic Cycladic structures. With clean, contemporary lines and thoughtful detailing, Paros Estate will be defined by stone archways, locally sourced Cycladic marble, and organic rough-finished plaster walls that creates a sensory experience that feels timeless.
A monochromatic palette will be punctuated by pops of color and wooden accents that add a layer of warmth.
Intimate nooks and expansive communal spaces will encourage both social connection and private retreat, while meandering pathways throughout the grounds will invite guests to connect with the land.
A range of accommodations
Two grand Double Villas will boast expansive central gathering spaces with sculptural fireplaces, ensuite master bedrooms, and a 50-foot pool that extends into an outdoor dining feature set within the water.
Six 900-square-foot one-bedroom villas will offer sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea, each with private 30-foot pools.
Ranging from 500 to 750 square feet, the 14 subterranean suites will blend modern seclusion with Cycladic charm and feature a private plunge pool.
Luxury hotel amenities
The estate’s circular subterranean spa will showcase organic symmetry, with private therapy rooms, a central hammam, and three therapeutic pools.
Reflecting its roots as an olive farm, the property’s garden-to-table restaurant will highlight ingredients from on-site orchards and overlook a stunning 100-foot pool that reflects the Mediterranean sky.
