Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort in St. Lucia is set to reveal a nine-bedroom villa later this year.
Built and designed by Botelho Wood Architects, the 35,000-square-foot accommodation—dubbed Spice of Life—is spacious enough for up to 18 guests.
The residence features private beach access, a 40-foot-long outdoor swimming pool, 13 bathrooms, a main kitchen alongside a commercial-grade kitchen, and a large living and dining area.
Spice of Life will boast a curated art collection—including works by Yayoi Kusama, Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, KAWS, and more—as well as views of the Caribbean Sea and the Pitons, two forest-clad volcanic spires that rise from the sea. A palette of locally sourced wood and stone paired with muted tones ensures the focus remains on the artwork.
“Showcasing an incredible art collection, Spice of Life offers guests phenomenal opportunities for art engagement,” says studio owner Germano Botelho.
The residence will also feature a sustainable water system and integrated solar power. Additional amenities include 24-hour butler service and transportation.
