Las Vegas-based architecture and design firm Bergman Walls & Associates (BWA) has announced the appointment of four new members to its team, including Frederick Robertus as vice president of architecture and design. Heather Chapa, Jisoo Kim, and Ben Yi Xu have each joined as designers. The firm’s expansion follows the passing of its co-founder and chairman, Joel Bergman, in August.
With more than two decades’ worth of expertise in architectural interior design, Robertus’ portfolio includes a slew of luxury hotel projects throughout the U.S. and Asia.
“Design is my passion and I approach each project with intelligence and sensitivity to detail, incorporating an innate sense of scale, proportion, balance and rhythm to achieve my client’s desired outcome,” he says. “I want to apply these attributes, as well as my previous experience, to my work at BWA and inspire my colleagues to create captivating spaces.”
