A JANUS et Cie flagship lands in London
Luxury outdoor furniture brand JANUS et Cie has unveiled its new London flagship in the heart of the Brompton Design District. Spanning the ground floor and basement, the two-floor showroom is a space for designers to explore vignettes of the brand’s latest collections and plan their next projects in JANUS et Cie’s first collaborative atelier. Equipped with Bluescape software, the atelier allows users to conceptualize designs, map and scale projects, and digitally transfer notes to any electronic device.
The showroom’s aesthetic combines JANUS et Cie’s signature topiary design with porcelain limestone surfaces, a first for the brand, integrating with London’s elegance and classic refinement. The new showroom joins Milan as a second flagship in Europe and marks the brand’s 18th location across North America, Europe, and Australia.
Santa & Cole debut its first U.S. flagship
Barcelona-based design house Santa & Cole has launched its inaugural U.S. flagship in New York’s Flatiron District. Situated on the fourth floor of the historic Warren Building, the space was designed as a gallery with a residentially inspired atmosphere, featuring high ceilings, wood floors, floor-to-ceiling guillotine windows, and a central kitchen.
Lamps, the cornerstone of the family-run brand, take centerstage, while thoughtfully placed furnishings define the spatial flow and adds functionality to each room. Recent art editions adorn the walls, adding cohesion and a dynamic layer to the space.
