Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties are developing a landmark hotel and residential project along the bustling Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
Designed by Montreal-based AtkinsRéalis, the skyline-defining structure will feature striking contemporary architecture and opulent interiors. The two-tower development, rising over 1,640 feet, will be connected by a cantilevered sky lobby extending more than 650 feet above the ground.

The project will introduce Corinthia Dubai alongside Corinthia-branded apartments and penthouses, each offering sweeping city views and sophisticated design.
Residents and guests will enjoy exclusive access to Corinthia Wellness, which will feature indoor and outdoor pools, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, personal training services, and a team of health and wellbeing experts.
Additional amenities will include expansive event spaces, five distinct dining options, lush green spaces, a private members club, and multiple rooftop pools—including what is set to be the world’s highest outdoor sky pool, perched 1,640 feet in the air with panoramic 360-degree views.
The project is slated to be completed by 2030.
