Aman has revealed its first standalone branded residential project. The Aman Residences, Tokyo is situated within the newly constructed Azabudai Hills development.
Occupying the top 11 floors of the Mori Tower, the 91 apartments and residence-only amenities mark the highest residences in Japan.
An ethereal design by Yabu Pushelberg
With interiors designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the concept explores the relationship between the land, sea, and sky, while incorporating Aman’s signature Asian-meets-European style.
The residences feature a private entrance and dedicated elevators that ascend directly to an arrival lobby, where an immense sculpture is suspended above a tranquil reflection pond, designed to reconnect owners with nature in the midst of the city.
The feeling of serenity perpetuates thanks to the use of muted, natural colors that mimic the layers of the earth. This earthy palette is contrasted by an extensive collection of artwork that yields additional color and dimension.
Amenities at the Aman Residences, Tokyo
Residence owners also have access to hotel-like programming, extensive amenities, and Aman’s service. Amenities include a lounge, bar, private dining room, tea room, library, reading room, media room, games room, as well as the Aman Spa, which features a pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, treatment rooms, and gym.
The initial phase of Aman Residences, Tokyo is fully committed, with remaining units available for purchase during the second phase of sales.
Aman launched its first branded residences in 1988 with Amanpuri in Phuket, Thailand. Today, Aman boasts 13 branded residence locations.
