Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has unveiled Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, the brand’s debut in Los Angeles and its first standalone residential project.
Developed by Nahla Capital and GPI Companies, the exclusive five-story property features 17 private residences.
Designing the Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills
New York-based architect Thomas Juul-Hansen crafted a design that embodies Beverly Hills’ signature elegance and timeless sophistication.
Expanses of glass flood the interiors with natural light, creating a striking contrast against the classic limestone-clad façade. Inside, a refined material palette of stone, wood, metal, and leather is complemented by wide-plank white oak floors, Venetian plaster walls, and custom hardware.
Inside the homes
The residences, which span 3,000 to more than 7,000 square feet, boast open, flowing layouts designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living.
Private elevator entrances lead to grand entry foyers, setting the stage for sunlit spaces framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Expansive terraces extend each home’s footprint, with six residences featuring private pools, spas, alfresco dining areas, and outdoor kitchens.
Amenities and services
Atop the property, a rooftop oasis offers a 50-foot pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and outdoor lounge areas, alongside an intimate bar and dining room that boasts panoramic views of Beverly Hills. The space serves as a venue for private gatherings and events.
Meanwhile, the ground floor features retail spaces that further enhance the resident experience.
Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills also offers concierge services and bespoke invitations tailored to each owner’s preferences.
