DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown is slated to open in spring 2012 following a multi-phase transformation of the Kyoto Grand Hotel and Gardens. The 430-room property calls for 15,000 square feet of meeting and events space for up to 650 guests, a business center, fitness facilities, and multiple F&B outlets. A lushly landscaped half-acre rooftop garden, inspired by an ancient garden in Japan, serves as a hotel and community centerpiece overlooking the LA skyline.
