Shamal Holding, a Dubai-based investment firm, has unveiled the UAE’s first Baccarat Hotel, a luxurious 145-key property being developed in collaboration with SH Hotels & Resorts (the brand behind Baccarat Hotels & Resorts) and H&H Development.
With architecture by Studio Libeskind and interiors from 1508 London, Baccarat Hotel Dubai will be a striking addition to the downtown skyline with a shimmering glass façade inspired by Baccarat crystals.
A look inside Baccarat Hotel Dubai
The interiors wil exude elegance, with the Grand Salon featuring high ceilings, soft drapery, and Baccarat crystal chandeliers, accentuated by the brand’s signature red hue. The Baccarat bar is set to be a focal point thanks to mirrored surfaces, velvet accents, and a grand piano at its center.
The hotel will feature exquisitely designed rooms and suites, combining modern luxury with refined furnishings, marble finishes, and original artwork.
F&B options will span a street-level promenade and plaza, while wellness spaces will include a pool sanctuary overlooking the Burj Khalifa and an ultra-luxurious spa.
The branded residences
The upper floors will house branded residences, designed with the same luxurious style as the hotel. These two- to four-bedroom furnished apartments, alongside four exclusive penthouses—including a five-bedroom residence with a private gym, pool, and wine cellar—will offer residents striking views of Dubai and access to all the hotel’s amenities.
