Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has opened the doors to Fairmont Mumbai, its second outpost in India.
Developed in partnership with Shrem Airport Hotels, the 446-room property draws inspiration from the grandeur of New York’s Art Deco era, fusing historical design cues with modern-day luxury.
Opulence at Fairmont Mumbai

Gold Lounge
An opulent blend of tailored details, bold geometry, and rich materials is employed throughout the hotel’s guestrooms, wellness spaces, and event venues.
Fairmont Mumbai features 75,000 square feet of meeting and celebration space, including a 21,000-square-foot Infinity Ballroom with dual live kitchens, and the Vantage rooftop venue, which boasts panoramic skyline views.
The dining experience

Madeleine de Proust
Fairmont Dubai features five dining venues—including Madeleine de Proust, an Indo-French pâtisserie set within a botanical garden; theatrical Sichuan-Cantonese haven, Oryn; and a glasshouse terrace—that tell a story through design and flavor.
The Merchants channels Mumbai’s dabbawala heritage in a bustling food hall, while Samaa offers an alfresco experience with laid-back Mediterranean elegance, and the Hedonist brings a craft cocktail bar inspired by a well-traveled Indian adventurer.
A full floor is dedicated to wellness facilities, comprising Fairmont Spa & Longevity and Fairmont Fit.
